Our Two Cleaning Methods
Deep Steam Cleaning (Hot-Water Extraction) — Ideal for heavily soiled rugs and synthetic or wool materials. Hot water is injected deep into the fibres and immediately extracted, removing dirt, allergens and bacteria. Fast drying and highly effective.
Encapsulation Cleaning — A low-moisture method ideal for regular maintenance and delicate rug types. A specialised cleaning agent encapsulates dirt particles, which are then easily removed. Minimal downtime and safe for sensitive fibres like silk.
